Broad House

The client contacted me to assist with the modernisation and reconfiguration of a traditional red brick Norfolk cottage. The client hoped to use the property as a Holiday let so the new layout needed to include 4 Ensuite Bedrooms. The existing cottage had a very small Kitchen located to the frontage of the property and I felt that the Kitchen would be better suited to the rear of the property where they could maximise the views over the garden and create a large open plan living space. The first floor was completely reconfigured to create one large master suite instead of two small Bedrooms. The property has been extensively modernised both externally where it has been rendered and clad and in the interior decor which has been done to a very high standard. 

To assist the client with obtaining bookings before the building works had completed I also drew up some 3D plans so that holiday makers could visualise the new space.
