North Norfolk Country Cottage

This beautiful cottage, came to me in a run down and sad state. The house suffered from severe damp, the interiors were very plain and the layout wasn’t conventional for the couple who purchased the cottage. I assisted the clients with remodelling the layout, recommending ways to reduce the damp, extending to the rear and designing the interior decor. I obtained building regulations approval for the works and assisted with finding a contractor. I inspected the works whilst on site and coordinated different sub contractors. I am very please with the finished product, the interiors are now dry, light and modern and the layout works much better for the owners.
